Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking an AVP Digital Opex Management to lead IT Opex planning, governance, and cost optimization across the Technology organization, ensuring disciplined budgeting and sustainable spending aligned with digital objectives.

The role focuses on developing baselines, forecasts, run-rate models, and management reporting to enable informed decision-making across the business. You will collaborate with Technology, Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders from the Jakarta

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A, IT finance, or technology finance.
• Strong understanding of IT Opex budgeting, forecasting, and governance.
• Experience with enterprise financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Anaplan).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Digital IT Opex and Finance Lease planning.
• Develop and maintain Opex baseline, forecasts, and run-rate models.
• Monitor Opex utilization, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Establish and strengthen Opex governance, financial controls, and budget compliance.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across cloud services, software licenses, maintenance, managed services, and other recurring IT operational costs.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Business stakeholders to ensure effective budget execution and governance.
