Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a data analytics professional to enable data-driven decision making by delivering a single source of truth through accurate, timely reporting.

You will develop and automate dashboards, govern master data, and monitor risks with early warning systems while translating insights for stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in data analytics, BI, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with data governance and master data management practices.
• Experience in building 'single source of truth' reporting and performance tracking frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Single Source of Truth Reporting (BAU & Adhoc) – consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Dashboard & Reporting Automation – design and develop dashboards for business users; automate recurring reports and workflows.
• Master Data Management & Governance – define and enforce data governance policies and standards; maintain master data across systems.
• Risk Monitoring & Early Warning System – identify key risk indicators and thresholds; develop monitoring tools and alerts.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Communication – translate data insights into clear narratives and present updates to stakeholders.
