Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a data-driven BI and reporting lead in Jakarta to deliver a single source of truth through accurate dashboards and governance of master data. You will automate reports, optimize data pipelines, and translate insights for senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate across teams to define standards, monitor risks, and drive cross-functional data initiatives to improve decision-making and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with data modeling, dashboard automation, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience with data governance and master data management practices.
• Experience in building 'single source of truth' reporting and performance tracking frameworks.
• Experience leading automation, transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Validate and reconcile data across systems.
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks and definitions.
• Handle ad hoc data requests and analysis.
• Design and develop dashboards for business users.
• Automate recurring reports and workflows.
• Optimize data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Continuously improve visualization and user experience.
• Translate data insights into clear, business-friendly narratives.
• Prepare and present regular performance updates to stakeholders.
• Align reporting outputs with stakeholder needs and priorities.
• Act as a point of contact for data-related queries and insights.
