Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking an AVP of Cloud Infrastructure Planning & Engineering to drive strategy, design, and execution for Telco cloud platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams across planning, operations, IT, procurement, and vendors to ensure seamless migration and modernization of core network infrastructure. You will architect, govern, and automate cloud workloads with AI-driven operations, delivering scalable, cost-efficient, and vendor-agnostic solutions while maintaining service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in telecom infrastructure planning and engineering.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven expertise in OpenStack and Kubernetes deployment, design, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and engineer Telco cloud infrastructure for NFV (OpenStack) and CNF (Kubernetes).
• Develop hardware optimization plans for VM and container workloads.
• Lead end-to-end cloud infrastructure capacity planning and engineering.
• Design Kubernetes and OpenStack cluster architecture with high availability and scalability.
• Create long-term roadmaps and implementation plans for telco cloud infrastructure.
• Lead integration planning for network and service orchestration frameworks.
• Enable automated provisioning of VMs and containers using orchestration tools.
