Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Information Technology.
• Experience in digital product management, transaction banking, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing digital product initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, customer behavior, and market trends in banking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new product/service initiatives based on local market requirements.
• Ensure product governance; adherence to risks, regulations and controls required by internal policy and external regulators
• Responsible for the readiness of the channel, including the overall support models for the product
• Drive commercialization for the channels
• Own the P&L for each of the channel
• Conduct regular review, including pricing, support models, competitor benchmark
• Drive the channel strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital product enhancements and new initiatives
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement of digital product offerings
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, including planning, development, testing, and deployment
• Ensure seamless integration and optimization of digital channels to provide a superior customer experience
• Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital product initiatives
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to digital product management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
