Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing analytics or marketing automation with hands-on AI engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of paid media KPIs, campaign structures, auction mechanics, and APIs like Meta/Google Ads.
• Proven experience building end-to-end campaign automation systems with ML-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Creation & Optimization Automation: Architect end-to-end automated workflows for campaign creation, audience segmentation, creative assembly, launch, and optimization using AI/ML signals across channels.
• AI-Driven Content Orchestration: Engineer multi-agent systems to generate and iterate personalized ad content at scale.
• Agile Data Activation & Automation Infrastructure: Build flexible data flows for real-time activation and dynamic content/automation.
• Performance Marketing Collaboration: Translate KPIs into technical configurations with reliable data and AI agent deployments across paid channels.
• Agentic Workflow Development: Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using LLMs for automated marketing workflows.
