Qualifications

• Experience translating product briefs into compelling campaigns
• Ability to read ads data and make data-driven decisions

• Understanding of customer journey and funnel stages
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT/engineering and operations

Responsibilities

• Research trends, competitors, audience, market signals, and product positioning to find winning angles
• Develop hooks, scripts, storyboards, copywriting, visual concepts, and creative briefs
• Create image/video/UGC/ads assets using AI workflows, then ensure final output is broadcast-ready
• Execute organic and paid distribution across channels including TikTok, Meta/Instagram, and marketplace
• Prepare, run, and optimize campaign ads based on objective, audience, budget, creative, and performance data
• Conduct A/B testing and iteration on creative, hooks, CTAs, audience, landing flow, and offers
• Build or leverage AI agents/automation to accelerate research, production, approval, publishing, engagement, reporting, and iteration
• Coordinate with creative, e-commerce, IT/engineering, and operations teams to connect AI workflows to real business processes
