Job summary

Wego.com is seeking a Marketing Automation & AI Engineer to join our MarTech team in Jakarta. You will design and deploy autonomous AI agents that derive insights from digital campaigns and optimize marketing operations in real time.

You'll work closely with the Performance Marketing team, translating KPIs into configurable automation, and building flexible architectures that enable rapid campaign pivots without heavy code changes. Strong experience in AI-driven marketing is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance/digital marketing analytics and automation with AI engineering.
• Deep understanding of paid marketing KPIs and media platform mechanics.
• Experience building end-to-end campaign automation systems with API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automated workflows for campaign creation and optimization using AI signals.
• Engineer multi-agent systems to generate personalized ad content at scale.
• Build flexible data flows optimized for real-time marketing activation and adaptive content.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to translate KPIs into technical configurations.
• Develop autonomous AI agents using LLMs for automated workflows across channels.
