Job summary

Ennovi in Indonesia invites a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from concept to completion in our Industrial Business Segment. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with automotive standards while driving reliable, cost‑effective solutions.

This role requires a Mechanical or Automotive engineering background, 3–5 years of project experience, PPAP/APQP familiarity, and strong CAD skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in automotive/OEM project management or engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and control plans.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (stamping/welding/plating).
• Strong understanding of project planning tools (MS Project, Gantt charts).
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute projects from kickoff to production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Support APQP and PPAP activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including timelines and risk assessments.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the company and customers.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost, quality, and delivery.
• Willing to work and be assigned in Batam.
