PT. Yanfeng Automotive Interior Systems Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Product Engineer to join our automotive interiors team. The role focuses on design and development tasks within interior manufacturing, requiring CAD proficiency and a strong grasp of manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in mechanical or automotive engineering, has 5+ years of industry experience, and communicates effectively in English to collaborate across global teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Product Engineering or Design in automotive industry (interior manufacturing a plus).
• Proficiency in automotive CAD software.
• Solid understanding of interior manufacturing processes and material properties.
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and IATF 16949.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
