Job summary

HOLI GROUP seeks an experienced Automation Engineer for the garment manufacturing sector. The role focuses on improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness through PLC/HMI and IoT-driven automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead fault analysis, RCA, ROI-driven project planning, and deploy automation solutions, with willingness to be placed in Tegowanu, Grobogan, Central Java. Excellent problem solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation in the garment industry
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on Productivity, Quality, Efficiency, Safety, and Cost Effectiveness
• Strong leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork capabilities
• Willing to work and be placed in Tegowanu – Grobogan, Central Java

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply PLC, HMI, inverter, sensor, pneumatic, electrical control systems, and industrial automation technologies
• Analyze machine breakdowns and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
• Identify automation opportunities in manufacturing processes and analyze repetitive motions for automation to increase productivity, efficiency, quality, and reduce human error
• Understand Internet, Networking, and IoT technologies relevant to industry needs, including Basic Industrial Networking, TCP/IP, PLC/Controller connectivity, IoT devices, and sensors
• Create planning and execute according to priorities
• Understand return of investment concepts from automation
