Qualifications

2+ years in Business Automation, Data Engineering, or IT/System Analysis.
Hands-on mastery of low-code/no-code platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Retool, Metabase, Looker).
Comfortable with REST APIs, Webhooks, basic SQL, and prompt engineering for LLMs.
Pragmatic Build-vs-Buy mindset to select code or SaaS for speed and safety.
Strong communication to translate non-technical problems into automated workflows.

Responsibilities

Identify manual processes and replace them with automated workflows across departments.
Lead end-to-end automation projects from scoping to deployment and documentation.
Integrate AI APIs to automate tasks like summarizing chats and validating data.
Build lightweight internal dashboards and data validation tools.
Ensure data is clean, reliable, and ready for reporting.
