Job summary

Greenfields Dairy Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Malang who will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and automation systems. You will troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, motors, inverters, and other control-system faults while ensuring safe, reliable operation per standards.

The role requires reading schematics and manuals, implementing PM/CM/PdM concepts, and coordinating with Production/Engineering to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

Diploma (D3) or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
Proven experience in electrical maintenance, automation, or similar roles (1–2 years).
Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, inverters, sensors, relays, and circuit breakers.
Ability to read single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
Knowledge of PLCs and automation troubleshooting including alarm/diagnostic reading.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and automation systems.
Troubleshoot faults in electrical, PLC, sensor, motor, inverter, and other control systems.
Ensure production equipment operates safely, reliably and per standards.
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures.
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and repair of electrical and automation systems.
Record work performed, spare parts used, fault history, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
Ensure all work complies with SOPs, safety requirements, and LOTO procedures.
