You will be instrumental in providing expert-level technical support, installation, and maintenance for complex machinery and systems. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication channels with both clients and internal technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electromechanical systems, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electromechanical systems and related equipment remotely and, when necessary, on-site.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Document all service activities, findings, and resolutions accurately in the client management system.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to identify product improvements and resolve recurring issues.
• Train junior technicians and end-users on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and ensure timely replenishment.
