Golden Agri Resources in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Mechanization Engineer to lead the effective implementation and continuous improvement of estate mechanization. You will monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and coordinate with PMC and operations to drive corrective actions.
The role includes field visits, maturity assessments, and coaching teams to adopt best practices across estates, with extensive travel to remote estate sites.
To drive the effective implementation and continuous improvement of estate mechanization by monitoring performance, identifying and resolving performance gaps, ensuring compliance with mechanization standards, and providing technical guidance to PMC and Operations. The role contributes to improving mechanization effectiveness, reliability, and operational performance across PSM through technical assessment, corrective actions, and the sharing of best practices.
Monitor & evaluation mechanization performance through the Mechanization Dashboard, including output, utilization, availability, downtime, breakdown, improvement program and other KPIs. Identify performance gaps and deviation from approved standards and targets. Coordinate with PMC to identify root causes and ensure timely corrective actions. Conduct periodic field technical visits, inspections and maturity assessments. Provide technical coaching and re-socialization of mechanization standards to PMC and Operations. Facilitate sharing of best practices and successful solutions across PSMs. Escalate unresolved technical and implementation issues to Head of Estate Mechanization.
