Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA seeks an automation developer to build reliable automation programs for e-commerce platforms using Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium. You will design multi-account management, data storage, and monitoring interfaces to support scalable operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/SE and at least two years of automation development experience, with willingness to work on-site at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.

• Minimum 2 years of automation development experience in e-commerce automation, RPA, web automation, or account management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and learning abilities with ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
• Willing to work at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta, with full WFO.

• Maintain compliance with platform policies while reducing abnormal activity and ensuring reliability.
• Store order results, status, and system logs in a structured database with interfaces for tracking and reconciliation.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues like authentication failures and page structure changes.
• Stay updated on platform policy changes and adjust automation strategies accordingly.

Job description

Automated Order Placement: Develop reliable automation programs based on platform interfaces, APIs, page structures, and permitted operational processes using frameworks such as Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium.

Multi-Account Management: Design and implement systems for account registration, login, session management, task scheduling, and status monitoring to support scalable account operations.

Automation Reliability & Risk Management: Develop solutions to maintain stable operations and reduce abnormal account activity while staying within applicable platform rules and policies.

Order & Data Management: Store order results, order status, and system error logs in a structured database and provide interfaces for tracking and reconciliation.

System Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues such as authentication failures, verification challenges, and changes to platform page structures; continuously improve system reliability and success rates.

Compliance Management: Monitor changes to platform policies, technical requirements, and risk-control mechanisms and adjust automation strategies accordingly to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of automation development experience, preferably with experience in e-commerce automation, RPA, web automation, or account management systems.

Strong problem-solving and learning abilities, with the ability to independently troubleshoot complex automation issues.

Willing to work at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta, with full WFO.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.

Familiarity with the Shopee Open Platform API or official/certified ERP integration solutions.

Experience handling platform verification mechanisms such as reCAPTCHA.

Familiarity with Linux server deployment, Docker, scheduled tasks, and system/log monitoring.
