Job summary

PT. Global Jet Express (J&T Express) seeks an Industrial Engineer to design and optimize 2D/3D layouts for automated logistics equipment, including sorting systems and integrated weighing/scanning machines.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Based in Pluit, North Jakarta, you will collaborate with equipment suppliers and document BOE and layout drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, including creating, modifying, and revising 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to be based in Pluit, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize 2D/3D layouts for automated logistics equipment, including sorting systems, separators, and weighing/ scanning machines.
• Improve workstation and HMI design based on operational workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize unnecessary operator movement.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Equipment (BOE) and equipment documentation based on layout drawings.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers to provide technical clarifications and support solution implementation.
