Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in plant layout, facility design and process flow
• Expert CAD and simulation tool proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Arena, FlexSim)
• Proven ability to manage multiple remote design projects
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards
• Excellent remote communication of complex design concepts

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plant layouts and material flow diagrams with CAD and simulation tools
• Analyze production requirements and optimize equipment placement and workflow
• Ensure designs comply with safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards
• Collaborate virtually with project managers, operations, and engineering teams
• Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for modifications
• Prepare design documentation, specifications, reports, and presentations
