The successful candidate will develop compelling investment memorandums, monitor portfolio performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with the firm’s growth strategy in Pekanbaru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate investment analysis, financial modeling, or corporate finance, with a focus on real estate.
• Proven track record of successfully analyzing and recommending real estate investments in Indonesia, preferably in the Pekanbaru market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies for potential real estate investment opportunities in Pekanbaru and its surrounding areas.
• Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses, and sensitivity analyses for various real estate assets.
• Perform thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including property inspections, legal reviews, and environmental assessments.
• Assess and quantify risks associated with real estate investments, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior management and investment committees, advocating for viable projects.
• Monitor the performance of existing investments, providing regular reports on financial returns and market conditions.
• Collaborate with acquisition, development, and finance teams to ensure alignment with overall investment strategy.
• Identify emerging market trends and opportunities within the Riau real estate sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry stakeholders to source investment deals.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques using Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of real estate capital markets, property types, and investment structures.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise is a plus.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment in Pekanbaru .
