TÜV Rheinland Group seeks an ISPO Auditor to perform audits in line with accreditation standards. You will plan, execute, and report on audits, coordinate with clients and the audit team, and document findings with recommended improvements.
Ideal candidates have hands-on ISPO experience, knowledge of related standards (GAP, IPM, OHS, SA8000, ISO 14001/9001/45001), and solid reporting skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Job Description Auditor ISPO
Must possess practical experience related to ISPO principles and criteria:
Sector & Focus Areas:
Palm oil sector (or demonstrable equivalent).
Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and pesticide/fertilizer use.
OHS auditing on farms and in processing facilities (e.g., OHSAS 18001, SMK3, or ISO 45001).
Worker welfare and social auditing (e.g., SA8000 or related ethical accountability codes).
Environmental, forestry, ecological, and management system auditing (e.g., organic agriculture, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SFM, CoC, or Wood Legality Verification).
Must have completed at least 4 full audits or 20 man-days of complete audit work (planning, auditing, and reporting) within the last 3 years.
Must possess technical skills for assessing ISPO principles and criteria (making technical judgments), evidenced by a training certificate and the completion of 20 man-days as an intern/observer in audit training.
Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken) for effective reporting and communication
