Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Asst Cabinet Care Manager to act as a strategic and operational partner to the Area Sales team, ensuring end-to-end cabinet lifecycle management. The role includes driving deployment targets, managing logistics, and maintaining strict asset control through audits across Indonesia.

You will build partnerships with sales leaders, support deployment plans, and oversee detailed cabinet management from deployment to disposal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Candidate possesses field background and willing to frequently travel across his/her area of responsibility.
• Proficiency in operating Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Interest to work in sales area field and willing to be placed all over Indonesia area.

Responsibilities

• Building a close partnership with Area Sales Manager & Asst. Area Sales Manager and providing solutions for all cabinet related issues.
• Supporting Area team to achieve Cabinet Deployment as per plan.
• Implementing a flawless, thorough & detailed end-to-end Cabinet Management from deployment, redeployment, pull‑out, repair, stock readiness and up to disposal of cabinet.
• Robust Cabinet Monitoring at store level; Concessionaires & RPMC (DDT Asset tracking, stock take, stock availability & annual verification).
