Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead local negotiations, tendering, and sourcing initiatives aligned with regional purchasing strategy to deliver savings and cost avoidance targets.
• Act as a trusted business partner for local stakeholders, providing supply market insights and ensuring purchasing processes meet business needs.
• Manage supplier relationships including performance assessments, business reviews, and maintaining preferred supplier lists.
• Implement and ensure compliance with purchasing processes, contracts, and tools in line with Group policies and sustainability standards.
• Optimize the supplier portfolio and drive value creation beyond price through spend management, quality improvement, and innovation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with plant teams and APAC Group Purchasing to coordinate sourcing activities across relevant categories.

As our new Associate Purchasing Specialist, you'll be conducting value-based sourcing and managing end-to-end purchasing operations that optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance across the APAC region. What you will be doing
