Job summary

Kredivo Group Ltd in Jakarta is seeking an Associate Product Manager, AI Products to lead internal AI-powered products built by our Data team in Jakarta Office. You will report to the PM Data Products and ensure adoption by business teams while delivering measurable value.

You will drive discovery, prototype solutions, validate with users, support testing before launch, drive adoption after launch, and continuously improve the products using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Familiar with AI trends and tools and hands-on experience using them.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Kredivo is hiring an Associate Product Manager, AI Products in our Jakarta Office who will manage internal AI-powered products built by our Data team. This position will report to the PM Data Products and will be accountable for making sure these products are adopted by business teams and deliver measurable business value. In this role you will also be responsible for leading product discovery, including building prototypes and validating them with users. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting testing before launch, driving adoption after launch, and propelling continuous improvement.

About the job:

• To lead discovery with business teams: understand their workflows, identify where AI can create value, define clear problem statements and requirements, and validate the potential solutions with users before full development
• To work with the Data team to prioritize and deliver products
• To drive product adoption, owning onboarding, and post-deployment supports
• To track usage and impact, gather user feedback, and use the findings to continuously improve the products

About you:

• 1-3 years of experience in product management or a similar role
• Familiar with and up to date on AI trends and tools (LLMs, AI assistants, vibe coding tools), with hands‑on experience using them
• Able to see how AI can solve real business problems and unlock business value
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured, hands‑on approach
• Comfortable building prototypes and working with data to measure impact
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills are a plus
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
