Job summary

The ideal candidate has a technical or high school diploma with chemistry, at least 1 year in a similar role, basic MS Office and systems tools knowledge, and good English communication

Qualifications

Technical or High School Diploma with Chemistry or technical background.
At least 1 year of experience in similar role.
Detail-oriented, basic MS Office and system tools knowledge.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Weigh fragrance ingredients per formula, following GMP standards, including barcode tracking, labeling, and conditioning.
Prepares oil reference samples for initial quality control.
Handles hazardous materials safely, adhering to chemical safety protocols.
Fulfills sample and stock orders for perfumes.
Completes related administrative documentation.
Manages raw materials per GLP, ensuring proper labeling, shelf-life tracking, and contamination prevention.
Prepares neat perfumer oils using best practices for internal evaluations.
Maintains lab equipment, cleanliness, and inventory.
Follows HSE and sustainability guidelines.
