Job summary

Essity in Indonesia seeks an Associate Marketing Activation Manager to partner with Sales and drive marketing activation excellence in pharmacy and modern trade channels. You will translate brand strategies into channel activations and measure ROI across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C health segments.

You will support education initiatives, collaborate with Brand and Sales teams, and ensure brand consistency and impactful customer engagement. Fluency in English is essential for cross-channel collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical and consumer health preferred.
• Hands-on in hospital, pharmacy and modern trade channels.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Creative with ability to develop impactful activations.
• Experience in digital marketing activation and campaign implementation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activation plans based on briefs from Brand Managers across multiple brands and channels, ensuring strong execution and ROI.
• Translate brand strategies into impactful customer and channel activations for the Indonesian market.
• Act as a marketing and media activation expert across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C health channels.
• Provide customer, shopper, and channel insights to Brand Managers for decision making.
• Partner with Sales to align marketing with commercial priorities and ensure excellent execution at POS.
• Drive customer education initiatives following global guidance and adaptable materials.
• Support marketing operations and sales enablement, including sampling programs, POS materials, and content localization.

About The Role

Join us in breaking barriers to well-being as our Associate Marketing Activation Manager, where you will serve as a trusted business partner to Sales and a key driver of marketing activation excellence across Indonesia especially in creating growth for Pharmacy channel and Modern Trade Channel. Leveraging your knowledge of pharmacy and modern trade channels, you will bring brand strategies to life through impactful customer engagement, market-focused activations, and execution that delivers measurable business results.

What You Will Do

• Execute marketing activation plans based on briefs from Brand Managers across multiple brands and channels, ensuring strong execution and return on investment while reporting directly to Marketing Manager for CEA
• Translate brand strategies into impactful customer and channel activations tailored to the Indonesian market.
• Serve as a marketing and media activation expert across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C health and medical channels.
• Provide customer, shopper, and channel insights to Brand Managers to support effective decision-making and activation planning.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and ensure excellence in execution at customer touchpoints and point of sale.
• Drive customer education initiatives in line with global guidance, leveraging and adapting globally developed materials where appropriate.
• Support marketing operations and sales enablement activities, including sampling programs, POS materials, content localization, and website updates where applicable.
• Act as a key contributor to activation excellence by ensuring brand consistency, customer relevance, and effective execution across all initiatives.

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing.
• Experience in both pharmaceutical and consumer health businesses preferred.
• Hands-on experience across hospital, pharmacy, and modern trade/retail channels.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop impactful activations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
• Candidates with experience in digital marketing activation and campaign implementation will be highly preferred.
