Traveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel and lifestyle super-app. We connect tens of millions of travellers across the region with flights, hotels, experiences, financial services, and more — all from a single platform. Since our founding in 2012, we have expanded to eleven markets, processed billions of dollars in transactions, and built one of the most recognised consumer brands in the region.
We move fast because the region demands it. Southeast Asia is young, mobile-first, and growing faster than almost anywhere else on earth. We are not transplanting a Western playbook — we are writing a new one, from scratch, for a market that does not look like anywhere else — and we are calling for people who want to be part of that.
Corporate Travel serves businesses, not just individual travellers. We are building Traveloka's B2B offering into the default way companies across Southeast Asia book, manage, and report on employee travel — with the approval workflows, spend controls, and reporting that procurement and finance teams actually require. On the commercial side, you own the market: signing and growing corporate accounts, shaping the supplier and pricing relationships behind them, and running the operations that keep delivery tight as we scale across markets.
This is a young, high-growth segment with its own buying behaviour, so you will shape the playbook rather than inherit one. You sit close to the product and the customer at once, and you can see your accounts, your margins, and your market share move because of decisions you made this quarter.
As a Associate Manager in Corporate Travel Commercial, you own the most complex accounts and the harder, often loosely-defined market problems — and you set the standard for how Market Management is done here as a senior individual contributor, guiding others without people-management accountability.
