Job summary

Altha Consulting is hiring for two tracks—Associate Consultant and Consultant—to work with boards and C-suites from Jakarta. You will structure problems, build financial models, and craft strategic roadmaps.

You’ll also assist in people initiatives, organization design, and competency development while delivering practical recommendations to clients. Strong communication in Indonesian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex business problems and build the analysis behind them.
• Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic frameworks.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive assessments.
• Support mandates spanning corporate strategy and long-term plans (RJPP), business transformation, feasibility studies, and value creation programs.
• Turn analysis into a clear storyline for discussion papers, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Review HC policies, processes, and practices, and recommend practical improvements.
• Support organization design, job architecture, job evaluation, and workforce planning.
• Develop competency frameworks, performance management, talent management, and career paths.
• Design learning programs, leadership development, and change management initiatives.
• Help clients implement and adopt new HC systems and ways of working.

You\'re likely a fit if you

• Hold a degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields


• Have hands‑on exposure to talent management, performance, learning, organization development, or HC policy


• Enjoy working with people at every level of an organization


• Have HC consulting or in‑house HC experience, or HC certifications such as BNSP or CHRP (a plus)

For both tracks

• Associate Consultant: 0 to 2 years of experience


• Consultant: 2 to 4 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or relevant functions


• Clear and confident communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
