Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management from a reputable university (GPA ≥ 3.50).
• 1–2 years of experience in people consulting or HR advisory.
• Strong knowledge of organization design, workforce planning, change management, and human capital roadmap.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent report writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing organization structures that align with business strategies.
• Conduct workforce planning to ensure optimal talent allocation and future capability readiness.
• Support change management initiatives to enable smooth adoption of transformation programs.
• Develop and execute human capital roadmaps for talent development, engagement, and retention.
• Perform data analysis to generate insights for decision-making in people and organizational matters.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for client engagements in English and Bahasa.
• Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions.
• Participate in business development activities such as proposal writing and client presentations.
