Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our mobile field service team serving customers in Jakarta. You will service, maintain and commission HVACR equipment, resolve faults and help keep systems running safely and reliably.

You will work on chillers, DX, VRF/VRF, AHU and ventilation plants with strong electrical, controls and diagnostic responsibilities. A Level 3 HVAC qualification and independent on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC or Chiller Service Engineer.
• Strong electrical, controls and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret schematics, piping diagrams and technical data.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and comfortable working independently.
• Level 3 HVAC qualification.
• Experience with York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Hitachi or Mitsubishi equipment.
• Experience across chiller, DX, split, VRV/VRF, AHU or ventilation plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and commission water chillers, AC and HVAC systems.
• Fault-find and repair across chillers and DX/VRF equipment.
• Complete clear service documentation and provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Perform work safely in line with Zero Harm expectations.
• Support customers with responsive communication and technical guidance.
