Aman Nai Lert Bangkok is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to lead the on-site security team and protect guests, colleagues and property. You will deputize for the Director of Security, oversee access control, CCTV and incident response, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and Thai law while maintaining an unobtrusive guest experience.

This role requires strong leadership, vigilance and a discreet, service-minded approach.

Formación

• Experience in luxury hotel/security supervision.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
• First aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a discreet but effective security presence across the hotel.
• Deputize for the Director of Security during absences.
• Lead and motivate Security Supervisors and Officers.
• Oversee access control, CCTV surveillance, and key control.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies as first responder.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, Housekeeping, Engineering and F&B.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and Thai laws.
