Overview

• Coordinate all Sales Executives in the sales and marketing process
• Monitor inventory in the warehouse/production and track incoming/outgoing goods for delivery preparation to customers
• Ensure delivery schedules/forecasts align with customer timelines
• Review daily sales orders
• Procure supporting items required to complete products before delivery to customers
• Prepare sales reports and analyze potential customers
• Conduct regular reviews of new product development and specialized orders
• Develop digital marketing, advertising, and branding programs

Job Qualification

• Male/Female, maximum age 40 years
• Preferably residing in the Tangerang / Serpong area
• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor\'s degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (experience in the Food & Beverage, Chemical, or Packaging Industry is a plus)
• Broad knowledge of conventional and digital marketing strategies
