Job summary

PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Manager - NPI to lead new product introduction efforts from Batam, Indonesia. The role collaborates with engineering, contracts, and executive teams to outline requirements and ensure product safety and quality.

The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data analysis, and strategic planning with executives and suppliers to drive successful product integration.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 4 years of engineering experience in high technology electronics.
• Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic process skills.
• Requires skill in troubleshooting and diagnostics, and overview of the test process and training others.

Responsibilities

• Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
