Job summary

PT. Surya TOTO Indonesia Tbk is seeking a seasoned engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with 5–10 years in manufacturing to lead design planning, supervision, and maintenance on critical equipment. The role requires deep knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, and PVD processes, plus strong automation and energy-management awareness.

You will ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and CAPEX-driven plant modifications, with placement at Serpong (Tangerang).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (min GPA 3.00).
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating, and PVD processes.
• Solid understanding of factory utility systems, industrial automation, and control systems.
• Knowledge of energy management and CAPEX project management for plant modifications.
• Strong OHS/HSE knowledge and compliance with regulations.
• Proficient in engineering drawing software (AutoCAD or similar).
• Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.

• Min. 5-10 years of working experience in the same field.
• Strong knowledge of casting, forging, injection molding, machining, polishing, plating, and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) processes
• Solid understanding of factory utility systems, industrial automation, and control systems.
• Have knowledge of energy management and CAPEX project management for plant modification projects.
• Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/HSE) practices and compliance with government regulations.
• Proficient in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software).
• Willing to be placed in Serpong- Tangerang.
