Job summary

PT Samindo Resources Tbk is seeking an Assistant Manager – Internal Audit to support the Internal Audit Manager in executing risk-based audit activities across the company and subsidiaries. The role involves leading fieldwork, supervising audit staff, and ensuring timely delivery of engagements to professional standards.

The position is full-time and based in South Jakarta, requiring strong English communication, an accounting/finance background, and extensive audit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Total work experience of at least 8 years with at least 4 years in internal or external audit.
• Big 4 experience preferred; CPA/CIA/CA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing annual risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead audit fieldwork and supervise audit staff.
• Identify control gaps and compliance issues; propose remedial actions.
• Prepare draft audit reports with findings, root cause analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure proper documentation.
