Job summary

Kanaan Holding is seeking a professional to demonstrate full operational proficiency in OTA, Channel Manager, and PMS systems. The role involves mapping, rate setup, promotion handling, restrictions, and troubleshooting to support data-driven decision-making by leadership.

You will prepare comprehensive reports and monitor performance metrics across OTA campaigns, cross-channel visibility, and pace analyses, contributing to strategic decisions from the Sales Head.

Job description

Demonstrates full operational proficiency in all OTA, Channel Manager, and PMS

features, including mapping, rate setup, promotion handling, restrictions, and

troubleshooting.

Preparing complete, accurate, and relevant data for decision-making by the superior,

including but not limited to:

Competitive Set Monitoring, OTA Promo Opportunity Monitoring, Meta Performance,

Visibility, Conversion, Parity & cross-channel alignment.

Preparing all periodic reports required for evaluation & meetings, for example:

Daily / Weekly / Monthly Pickup Report, ADR, RevPAR, OCC, Forecast Dashboard,

Cancellation, No-show, & Pace analysis, Campaign result evaluation, OTA performance &

Executing all strategic decisions according to directions from the Leader / Head of Sales.
