House of Lia Soraya is seeking an Assistant Fashion Designer & Pattern Maker with a refined eye for design editing and fluency in digital drafting, especially Adobe Illustrator. You will bridge concept design with tangible fashion, contributing to pattern making, construction, and tech packs.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of high-end fashion experience, strong illustration skills, and familiarity with Procreate, Optitex, or Clo3D.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fashion Design (Esmod, Burgo, or equivalent).
• 2-3 years of proven experience in high-end fashion design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop; Procreate, Optitex, Clo3D a plus.

Responsabilités

• Digital Design & Editing: refine garment concepts using Illustrator and design tools.
• Pattern Engineering & Construction: convert 2D sketches into 3D garments via pattern making and sewing knowledge.
• Technical Specification: create detailed tech packs with variations, colorways, and construction.
• Brand Identity & Trend Translation: translate emerging trends into LIA SORAYA designs.

We are seeking an Assistant Fashion Designer & Pattern Maker who possesses a refined eye for design editing and absolute fluency in digital drafting, particularly in Adobe Illustrator. In this role, you will act as a vital link between concept design and its tangible artistic realization. The ideal candidate is design-minded, skilled in illustration and drawing with a strong understanding of premium garment construction. Strong sense of design is vital and pattern making-skill adds value.

Key responsibilities

Digital Design & Editing: Use Adobe Illustrator and design tools to refine brand-aligned garment concepts.

Pattern Engineering & Construction: Convert 2D sketches into 3D garments using pattern making, fabric knowledge, and advanced sewing.

Technical Specification: Create detailed tech packs with variations, colorways, and construction for production.

Brand Identity & Trend Translation: Use advanced research to merge emerging trends with LIA SORAYA's design DNA.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee timelines across collections, partnering with internal teams to maintain quality throughout production.

About you

Degree in Fashion Design (Esmod, Burgo, or equivalent institutions).

2-3 years of proven experience in high-end fashion design.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop. Others is a major plus (Procreate, Optitex, Clo3D).

Strong capability in applying design elements (motifs) to patterns. Fabric knowledge & pattern making is a major plus.
