Job summary

PT ONBali is seeking an Assistant Cost Controller to support cost control and inventory management across its restaurant outlets in Bali, including Ubud, Sanur, and the upcoming Uluwatu project. The role involves occasional outlet visits to ensure robust inventory practices and cost controls.

You will collaborate with restaurant management, chefs, purchasing, and finance to optimize stock, reduce wastage, and implement standardized cost procedures across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control or inventory management, preferably in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of food/beverage inventory processes and stocktaking.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across all outlets.
• Support inventory management: stocktaking, reconciliation, and movement monitoring.
