Job summary

Naughty Nuri’s Sanur is seeking a passionate, responsible Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team in Bali. You will assist the Chef with daily operations, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, excellent teamwork, and strong time management skills. Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, are required. Location: Naughty Nuri’s Sanur, Bali.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meets standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
• Assist with stock preparation and proper food storage.
• Follow kitchen SOPs and food safety standards.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Naughty Nuri’s Sanur is looking for a passionate, responsible, and hardworking Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef / Commis / Cook.

Experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.

Able to assist Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Willing to be placed at Naughty Nuri’s Sanur, Bali.

Assist Chef in food preparation and cooking.

Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
