Job summary

RecoMe, an internet company based in Indonesia, is seeking a Business Development/Translation Assistant to support day-to-day BD activities and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team in day-to-day business development activities.
• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian translation and interpretation for external business meetings, communications, and negotiations.
• Assist with communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare and translate business documents, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Support scheduling, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks related to business development.
• Assist the BD team with market research, data collection, and business-related projects.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team.

Requirements:

• Business-level Mandarin proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
