Job summary

PT Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia is seeking an Asset Management Supervisor to oversee fixed asset control and budgeting within our manufacturing operations. You will ensure targets are met, implement SOPs, and lead a small team to maintain asset records and optimize utilization.

Responsibilities include monitoring asset performance, coordinating with relevant teams, conducting site inspections, and handling write-offs or sales of non-productive assets. Experience in FMCG manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Fixed Asset Management or Accounting, preferably within the Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Asset Tracking Software.
• Strong understanding of fixed asset management, asset budgeting, and basic knowledge of chillers and POSM.
