Job summary

PT Sinar Alfa Omega is seeking a Staff, Asset Management to manage asset records, movements, and related documents at our Tangerang facility. You will perform physical checks, ensure data accuracy, and support tax, BPOM, and audit requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting, familiarity with asset tagging and stock opname, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. On-site in Tangerang, Banten.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of related experience.
• Understanding of asset management, tagging, stock opname, and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate asset records, movements, locations, conditions, and status.
• Perform regular asset checks and reconcile records with data systems.
• Manage scanning, naming, filing, indexing, and digitalization of documents.
• Prepare documents for tax, audits, BPOM, customs, licensing and other requirements.
• Prepare asset reports and identify process improvements.
• Maintain clean asset and document databases and coordinate with departments.
• Support other Accounting & Finance activities related to asset management and document administration.
