Job summary

Haven Foods Asia in Indonesia seeks an Assistant Director, Asia to split time between operations and cross-functional leadership across the sourcing network. This role focuses on inventory health, packer performance, and surface risks early to keep all departments aligned on priorities.

The role reports to the Managing Director, Asia, acting as the first contact for office-wide updates and ensuring blockers are removed across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, inventory, or operations.
• Cross-functional experience preferred (Chief of Staff, program lead, or similar).
• Experience in food, CPG, or multinational sourcing environment.
• Track record of owning metrics that hit the P&L (fill rate, inventory accuracy).
• Experience managing packer or supplier relationships across multiple countries.
• Working knowledge of ERP/BI tools such as NetSuite or PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy, availability, and health across sourcing countries, warehouses, and SKUs (Operations).
• Lead root-cause analysis on stockouts and forecast misses and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain margin and cost model per kilogram and per SKU; advise margin floor for allocation decisions.
• Manage packer relationships and negotiate terms with input costs.
• Keep NetSuite and FoxPro reconciled; partner with data science to automate bridges.
• Own SOPs reconciled against purchase orders and lead performance reviews.
