IBM in Indonesia is seeking a Cross Communications Professional to lead external and stakeholder engagement for the Indonesia market, aligning employee and executive communications with the company’s brand story across multiple platforms.

You will partner with Government & Regulatory Affairs, CSR, Sales, Marketing and Business Partners to tell compelling narratives, position IBM as an Enterprise AI Leader, and activate IBMers around the strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in communications or related field.
• Strong ability to develop and implement strategic comms plans.
• Proven media relations and thought leadership building.
• Excellent storytelling and writing for multiple audiences.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead communications for Indonesia across external and stakeholder engagement, plus employee and executive comms.
• Act as steward for IBM's brand and reputation as an Enterprise AI Leader.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned to objectives.
• Collaborate with Government & Regulatory Affairs, CSR, Sales, Marketing and Partners.
• Inform and activate IBMers around IBM’s strategy and narrative.
• Track progress against communications measures of success.
