Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce pastry, bakery, and dessert products according to recipes and company standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, portion, and product quality.
• Prepare ingredients and perform proper food preparation before production.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen SOP standards.
• Keep the production area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor ingredient usage and minimize production waste.
• Follow daily production schedules and ensure products are completed on time.
• Coordinate with the Pastry Chef and team to support smooth central kitchen operations
