Job summary

PT Bali Talent Hunters is seeking an Art Director to develop and implement comprehensive visual strategies across hospitality brands. The role focuses on shaping the overall visual identity, leading the creative team, and ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business goals.

The Art Director will independently develop the creative vision, justify decisions to clients, and own the final visual outcomes, coordinating across marketing, SMM, PR, and sales to ensure consistency.

Qualifications

• Independently develop creative vision for each project.
• Explain and justify creative decisions to clients.
• Experience leading multiple creative teams and external contractors.
• Translate hospitality and F&B business objectives into visual solutions.
• Ensure visual strategy is implemented across channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze brand positioning, audience, and competitors to define art direction for each project.
• Create mood boards, visual guidelines, and concepts establishing brand visual language.
• Oversee full visual brand identity across social media, ads, websites, menus, and promos.
• Develop concepts for photoshoots and video productions for launches of hotels/restaurants/hospitality projects.
• Lead creative meetings with clients and present visual strategies and concepts.
