Job summary

Capella Ubud, Bali, is seeking a Hotel Graphic Designer and Content Creator who joins the Marketing and PR team as the in-house design resource for all printed collateral and digital assets. This role brings to life Capella Ubud's vision, brand, and culture.

The successful candidate will design across rooms, F&B outlets, events, and wellness experiences, maintain brand standards, manage production calendars, and support photoshoots and social media content.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional design experience, luxury branding preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong proofreading and copywriting skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Experience in branding, marketing, advertising, and/or PR is a plus.
• Hospitality experience in hotel/food & beverage is an asset.
• Flexibility to assist with events or photoshoots evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate production of marketing materials for rooms, F&B outlets, events, and departments.
• Maintain brand consistency across units and departments.
• Create and manage an annual production calendar with timelines and deadlines.
• Develop design concepts and assets for seasonal campaigns, web, digital ads, and print ads.
• Produce assets for brochures, social content, website visuals, and signage.
• Manage printing, vendor sourcing, and budgeting for materials.
• Coordinate local media ad placements for magazines/newspapers.
• Stay updated on design trends and Capella brand identity.
• Support marketing with promotional materials hotel-wide.
• Review materials for visual cohesion and brand guidelines.
• Provide design/printing support to departments as needed.
• Assist in photoshoots, including prep and styling.
• Support social media content creation through photo and video production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
