Job summary

Miso Pet Food is seeking a highly visual, hands-on Art Director / Senior Creative Designer to be our internal creative partner. You will shape how Miso looks, feels, and communicates across campaigns, product launches, packaging, social media, e-commerce, events, and offline materials from moodboard to final execution.

The role requires independent idea development, strong branding, typography, and visual storytelling, with proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and basic video

Qualifications

• Strong branding, layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to develop ideas independently, not just follow detailed instructions.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar tools.
• Experience preparing files for print and production.
• Basic video editing or motion design skills are preferred.
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Able to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain strong creative judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, product launches, events, and brand communication.
• Create moodboards, visual references, layouts, and key visuals that translate ideas into a clear creative direction.
• Own the visual execution of campaigns from initial concept to final artwork.
• Design social media content including static posts, carousels, reels assets, and campaign visuals.
• Create digital assets such as banners, ads, marketplace visuals, and e-commerce product displays.
• Develop kreative materials for offline events, booths, promotional materials, and brand activations.
• Work on branding, packaging, catalogues, product launches, and other brand identity projects.
• Create packaging mock-ups, dielines, and print-ready production files.
• Support content production through basic video editing, motion, and social media asset creation.
• Maintain and evolve Miso's visual identity, making sure everything feels consistent, intentional, and unmistakably Miso.
