Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as Art Director; 4 years as Graphic Designer.
• Creative, proactive, explorative; open to new approaches and ideas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborate with team.

In this role, you will translate briefs into strong creative concepts, guide the design team through clear direction, and ensure every visual execution aligns with the studio’s aesthetic standards. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and clients to craft impactful, well-thought-out visual solutions while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Art Director.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Creative-minded, proactive, explorative, and open to trying new approaches, tools, and ideas.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions collaboratively with the team.

Strong ability to develop, articulate, and present creative concepts clearly to both internal teams and clients.

Good sense of design, visual taste, and the ability to translate concepts into strong visual executions.

Able to collaborate, coordinate, and communicate effectively with multiple team members and clients.

Well-organized and structured in managing creative processes, with strong attention to detail and a high standard of neatness in execution.
