Job summary

Matahari is Indonesia's premier department store chain seeking a senior graphic designer to lead concept and execution of advertising materials for marketing programs. Based in Tangerang, you will collaborate with third parties and internal teams to ensure high-quality output aligned with our brand positioning.

With 5+ years of experience in graphic design, you will drive innovative campaigns, maintain design quality under tight deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced, collaborative work environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci - Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Creates concept and execution advertising materials to support marketing programs by developing briefs for third parties and internal resources.
• Coordinates with third parties and internal sources to ensure the execution of program materials before the campaign begins.
• Oversees the execution of advertising materials to ensure they reflect the Brand Positioning and maintain high quality and consistency.
• Stays updated on industry trends and innovations to generate fresh, compelling ideas in a competitive market.
• Collaborates with the Creative Section Head to develop innovative programs.
