Job summary

Matahari is seeking a Social Media Intern for Employer Branding in Tangerang. You will help craft employer branding plans and social media content, writing copy and creating visuals across campaigns and channels.

You’ll support events and engagement activities and collaborate with HR and talent teams to amplify our employer brand. Fresh graduates or final-year Visual Communication Design students should bring strong digital aptitude, creativity, and copywriting ability, with familiarity in Canva

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final-year student from Visual Communication Design (DKV).
• Strong digital knowledge with interest in employer branding and social media.
• Creative, proactive, fast learner with good copywriting skills.
• Experience creating social media content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to employer branding plans and social media content.
• Write engaging copy for employer branding materials.
• Develop creative visual content for branding campaigns and social media.
• Support campaigns, events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and internal stakeholders.
